I graduated from Loyola Sacred Heart High School in Missoula, where I competed in track and field throughout all four years. During the off-seasons, I trained and competed with Mountain West Track Club, a club program that played a big role in my development. I competed with Mountain West during the winter for two years and in both winter and summer during my third year. Those year-round experiences gave me a chance to train with high-level athletes and coaches, sharpen my skills, and stay competitive through every season.
